VRC Fitness Club Abbotsford opened in 1979 with 700 members. When VRC celebrated its 20th anniversary, 80 of these original members were still at VRC!

VRC Fitness Club opened in 1979 with 700 members. When VRC celebrated its 20th anniversary, 80 of these original members were still at VRC! It all began with a focus on racquetball which evolved over the years into a multi-fitness facility.
