VRC’s personal trainers are experienced, knowledgeable and certified by BCRPA; offering services to persons of any age or fitness level.
Our training approach is as simple as three letters: RBT, or Results Based Training. If you’re coming to the gym with a specific goal in mind, we will work with you to come up with a road map to get you there. Support from our personal training staff can be anything from one-on-one sessions and program design, to physiotherapist referrals and expert advice.
Training programs can be suited to all areas of the gym, dependent upon your comfort levels.
