As a local, family-owned business that has been in Abbotsford since 1979, VRC Fitness sees involvement in the community as an important aspect of its company policy. UFV Nursing Students – One Month Membership, to give out as a prize during the Health Fair at Seven Oaks Mall
C.A.R.E.S. Counselling and Restoration Services: Dare to Care Run – In addition to being a longtime sponsor, VRC group fitness instructors also help to lead the warm-up
Abbotsford Food Bank – At the 30th Anniversary donations were accepted in lieu of payment for the barbeque, and every year members and staff fill food and toy bins to be donated during the Christmas season.
Abbotsford Pathways: Elizabeth’s Wildlife Centre Fundraiser – 2 One Month memberships to be auctioned off
Communitas Supportive Care: Walk & Roll Event – 2 One Month memberships
Abbotsford Baptist Church: British Columbia Baptist Conference – 1 Month membership.
Abbotsford Community Foundation – Membership for auction.
Rick Hansen High school – VRC donates all recycling to fundraise for school sports programs.
